We're looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Systems Onboarding & Tech Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring technology works seamlessly behind the scenes.

- Set up laptops, equipment, user accounts, software access, and permissions for employees, franchisees, and franchisee hires.
- Administer Google Workspace, CRM, LMS, shared drives, email groups, calendars, and other business applications.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure access, equipment, and accounts are prepared, updated, or removed on time.
- Maintain accurate access records, setup guides, checklists, and system documentation.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees and franchisees across hardware, software, login, connectivity, and application issues.
- Assist users with Google Workspace, CRM, business systems, and general technology questions.
- Help franchisees with basic CRM customizations and system-related support requests.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff, vendors, developers, or software providers when needed.
- Administer company WordPress websites, including user access, plugins, basic updates, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate website updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance requests with third-party web vendors.
- Assist with basic website hosting, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, and related configuration needs.
- Help keep company websites secure, functional, accurate, and up to date.
- Maintain inventory of company hardware, accessories, software licenses, and system access.
- Coordinate equipment purchases, repairs, replacements, warranty claims, and deployments.
- Assist with software updates, system configuration, new tool implementation, and workflow improvements.
- Work with external vendors and technology providers to resolve issues and support system reliability.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, business systems administration, customer support, or a similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering or maintaining WordPress websites.
- Experience working with Google Workspace.
- Experience managing user accounts and permissions across cloud-based business applications.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning new software and business systems.
