Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who wants more than a job. We are seeking a business-minded leader who wants to help build something meaningful and participate in the long-term success of the company.
The Senior Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of the business and reports directly to the Owner.
This individual is responsible for overseeing all production operations, managing the Operations Manager, driving profitability, developing systems, improving customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like an owner and understands that operational excellence drives company growth.
Success will be measured by profitability, customer satisfaction, project execution, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years managing operations, project management, production, or construction teams
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of job costing
- Proven experience managing people and driving accountability
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Ability to build systems and improve processes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Residential remodeling experience
- Exterior construction experience
- Siding, roofing, restoration, windows, painting, or homebuilding experience
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Experience scaling a growing company
- Experience with CRM and project management systems

- Manage and mentor the Operations Manager
- Improve and maintain company systems and SOPs
- Coordinate scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation
- Resolve escalated project issues
- Build accountability throughout the organization
- Lead all production and operational activities
- Protect and improve gross margins
- Monitor job costing and profitability
- Reduce warranty and callback costs
- Improve labor efficiency and productivity
- Manage material procurement and vendor relationships
- Ensure change orders are identified, documented, and captured
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Build future leaders within the organization
- Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

This is not a traditional salary position.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000
Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually based on operational scorecard performance.
Exceptional performers may exceed these earnings through bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.
