About Us
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, and LinkedIn
- Execute day-to-day optimizations (bids, keywords, negatives, audiences)
- Launch new campaigns and implement updates accurately and on time
- Support Google Guaranteed / LSA campaigns where applicable
Budget & Performance Management
- Monitor CPL, lead volume, and budget pacing across multiple campaigns
- Identify underperforming areas and take action to improve efficiency
- Ensure campaigns stay stable and aligned with performance targets
- Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, creatives, and audiences
- Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and campaign structure
- Support landing page and funnel improvements based on performance data
- Track and interpret campaign performance in collaboration with the Marketing Analyst
- Identify trends, anomalies, and performance shifts across locations
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive optimization decisions
- Use platform automation effectively (Performance Max, Advantage+, etc.)
- Apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency (ad copy, analysis, testing ideas)
- Support the shift toward intent-based targeting using data signals and automation
- Campaigns are stable, efficient, and consistently optimized
- CPLs stay controlled and predictable
- Issues are caught early, not after performance drops
- Testing is structured, documented, and actually used to improve results
- Leadership trusts that execution is handled without micromanagement
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, with experience in Meta and LinkedIn paid advertising
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns without losing attention to detail
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to move fast and stay organized
- Confidence flagging issues and making data-backed recommendations
- Experience supporting multi-location or franchise advertising is a plus
