Key Responsibilities:
- Coach franchise owners to improve revenue growth, gross margin, and net profitability
- Support franchisees in scaling beyond their first crew or location
- Guide expansion into additional territories and complementary services
- Work directly with franchisees on forecasting, and performance improvement plans
- Coach owners on long-term wealth creation and enterprise value growth
- Design, facilitate, and lead franchisee mastermind groups
- Create structured agendas focused on growth, execution, and accountability
- Foster peer learning, best-practice sharing, and leadership maturity
- Provide accurate, timely answers to franchisees’ questions in internal chats and moderate discussions to ensure consistent, aligned business advice across the network.
- Identify and elevate top-performing franchisees as internal mentors
- Translate mastermind insights into system-wide improvements
- Own pre-training coordination, including scheduling training weeks and introductory sessions
- Lead onboarding of new franchisees and operational team members on systems, tools, and best practices
- Deliver and facilitate training week, including:
- Site visits and field coaching
- Classroom presentations
- Sales role-playing and operational execution training
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to:
- HQ team members
- Management Teams of franchisees
- Support targeted retraining when operational or execution issues arise
- Develop and continuously improve training and coaching curriculum for franchisees and field staff
- Create, document, and update SOPs, walkthroughs, and visual process guides
- Host refresher sessions and briefings when processes or systems change
- Ensure training materials remain aligned with evolving operational standards and brand expectations
- Coach franchise owners transitioning from hands-on operators into CEO-level leaders
- Support leadership development for management teams within franchise locations
- Reinforce accountability, execution rhythm, and performance discipline (EOS experience an asset)
- Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to franchise leadership
- Improved franchisee profitability and revenue growth
- Faster ramp-up and stronger early performance of new franchisees
- Increased number of successful multi-unit franchise operators
- Consistent operational execution across the franchise network
- High engagement and perceived value of franchisee masterminds
- Strong franchisee retention and satisfaction
- 7–12 years of experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, or business coaching
- Proven track record of improving P&L performance
- Able to travel to visit franchisees in Canada and US (15-25% of the role)
- Strong facilitation and group coaching skills (masterminds, workshops, leadership sessions)
- Experience in construction, home services, or operationally complex businesses preferred
- Comfortable working directly with owners and executive leadership
- High credibility, strong communication skills, and emotional intelligence
- Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on, field-based coaching
