The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions
- Sales Experience: At least 5 years' experience in consultative sales, including at least 3 years in construction, home renovation, or other home services.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and EQ to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Excel and other software to track leads, generate quotes and reports, and manage client interactions.
- Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling client concerns and questions in a professional way while delivering quick, practical solutions.
- Integrity: Honest, accountable and collaborative professional
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Nice to have: active Construction Supervisor License (CSL) or interest in obtaining a CSL
