About Ideal Siding
About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners (appointments provided — no cold calling) to discuss exterior renovation needs
- Present tailored project proposals, product options, samples, and payment options
- Manage the full sales cycle - from initial consultation to contract signing
- Take building measurements and prepare project details for Operations
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager (if necessary) to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with clients to close deals and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor project progress and resolve any client concerns or scope changes
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Represent Ideal Siding at local events, home shows, and community activities
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management on sales performance and lead quality
- At least 3 years of sales experience and 3 years of customer service experience
- Background in construction, renovation, or home improvement (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A results-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (truck not required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable phone and home workstation
