About Us
- Provide coaching to franchise partners and sales teams to improve conversion rates, closing effectiveness, and overall customer experience.
- Deliver training on estimating practices to ensure accuracy, profitability, and competitive pricing.
- Lead the creation and refinement of in-home sales presentations to build trust and increase close rates.
- Oversee and encourage CRM adoption for managing leads, pipeline visibility, and sales performance tracking.
- Share and implement proven lead conversion strategies across multiple locations for better alignment and results.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance project revenue.
- Work with operations and marketing teams to ensure strong coordination between sales, estimating, and project delivery.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales management, coaching, or estimating training (construction or home improvement experience strongly preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Solid understanding of sales workflows, pricing strategies, and margin management.
- Track record of delivering impactful coaching and training to teams or individuals.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and using data to drive sales decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Strong analytical abilities for evaluating estimates, pricing models, and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
