About Ideal Siding

Ideal Siding is one of North America’s fastest-growing home improvement franchise companies, helping homeowners transform their properties while enabling entrepreneurs to build successful businesses. With a bold vision, a vibrant team culture, and an industry-disrupting franchise model, we’re scaling quickly.

We’re now looking for a high-performing, proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to help our founder and CEO focus where it matters most: strategy, growth, and vision. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and are looking for a career-defining opportunity, read on.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As the Executive Assistant (EA) to our CEO, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping streamline communication across teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-priority activities.

This isn’t just about scheduling meetings (although you’ll do that too). It's a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who can think critically, move quickly, and manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

  • Strategically organized: You bring order to chaos, anticipate needs before they arise, and manage time and priorities with precision.
  • Proactive and resourceful: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You take initiative, solve problems, and find solutions independently.
  • Discreet and trustworthy: You handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism, always maintaining the highest standards of judgment.
  • Clear communicator: You’re articulate in both writing and speech, and comfortable communicating on behalf of a senior executive.
  • Tech-savvy: You’re fluent in Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet/Calendly, and familiar with project/task management tools like Asana.
  • Fast learner: You pick up on new information quickly and can understand the CEO’s vision and priorities with minimal guidance.
  • Emotionally intelligent: You work well with a range of stakeholders, from internal team members to franchisees, and always bring a sense of tact, diplomacy, and good judgment.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can manage competing demands without losing focus.
What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, travel, and day-to-day priorities
  • Track and follow up on key tasks, conversations, and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and other executive communications
  • Organize and support high-level meetings: agendas, minutes, follow-ups
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and care
  • Assist with personal and business admin tasks to ensure maximum focus and productivity
  • Support special projects, business development, and franchisee onboarding

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, scheduling assistants): you leverage technology to move faster, not slower.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure with grace and efficiency
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to think 3 steps ahead
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom/Meet, and project/task management tools
  • Strong sense of judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
  • Background working with franchise operations or small business networks
  • Understanding of or interest in the home improvement, construction, or franchising sectors

What You'll Love About Working Here

  • A meaningful role with real impact: you’ll directly support the CEO and influence how the business runs
  • A fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture where initiative is celebrated
  • Flexibility: Remote or hybrid work options depending on your location
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus potential
  • A supportive, mission-driven team that believes in doing great work and having fun while doing it

If you’re ready to partner with a visionary CEO, grow with a scaling company, and build a role you can truly own, we’d love to meet you!

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
