About Us
- Coach franchise owners on revenue growth, gross margin, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Review financial and operational results, identify gaps, and develop practical improvement plans.
- Support new franchisees as they launch, win and manage projects, protect margins, and build strong operational foundations.
- Guide established owners as they expand into additional crews, territories, locations, or services.
- Lead goal-setting, forecasting, business planning, and performance reviews focused on sustainable growth and long-term business value.
- Design and facilitate structured coaching cohorts focused on growth, execution, and accountability.
- Encourage peer learning, best-practice sharing, and collaborative problem-solving across the franchise network.
- Provide timely and consistent guidance through internal franchisee communication channels.
- Identify high-performing franchisees who can serve as mentors and use cohort insights to improve system-wide support.
- Help franchise owners shift from working in the business to leading and growing the business.
- Support the development of managers and leadership teams within franchise locations.
- Establish clear priorities, action plans, and accountability rhythms that strengthen execution and follow-through.
- Act as a trusted advisor to franchise owners while partnering with internal teams to keep coaching aligned across the network.
- 3-5 years of experience in business coaching, multi-unit operations, franchise support, or a related leadership role.
- Proven success improving revenue, profitability, or P&L performance.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to turn data into clear action plans.
- Experience leading group coaching sessions, workshops, peer groups, or leadership meetings.
- Confidence working directly with business owners, managers, and executive leaders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on coaching.
- Experience in construction, home services, or another operationally complex industry is strongly preferred.
- Franchising experience and familiarity with EOS are considered assets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities.
- Willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time across Canada and the US.
- Franchisees achieve measurable improvements in revenue, margins, and profitability.
- New owners build strong operational foundations and reach key business milestones.
- More franchisees successfully expand into multiple crews, territories, or locations.
