- Full-Time Senior Sales: High performers may have the opportunity to move from part-time to full-time sales, based on consistent KPI achievement, professionalism, and revenue generation.
- Branch / General Management: High performers may be considered for future leadership opportunities based on business growth, leadership capability, and consistent performance.
- Meet with homeowners at company-provided appointments. No cold calling required.
- Learn about the homeowner’s goals, assess project needs, and recommend exterior renovation solutions.
- Present project proposals, product options, samples, financing or payment options, and next steps.
- Manage the sales process from consultation through signed agreement.
- Take accurate measurements and document project details needed for internal handoff.
- Maintain organized, accurate CRM notes and timely follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with the Operations team as needed to support a smooth transition from sale to production.
- Stay engaged after the sale to help address client questions, scope clarifications, and customer concerns when needed.
- Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
- Represent the company professionally in the local market, including occasional events, home shows, or community activities.
- Share feedback with management on lead quality, customer trends, and sales performance.
- 3+ years of sales experience in a consultative, customer-facing environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently in the field and managing a flexible schedule
- Customer service experience and a professional, solution-focused approach
- Experience in construction, renovation, home improvement, or related industries is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with siding products, exterior renovation, or local supplier networks is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local appointments
- Comfort using CRM systems, email, and remote communication tools
- Ability to work from home for follow-up, scheduling, and administrative tasks
