About the Role
We’re looking for a Siding Coach with strong technical expertise in siding products and installation practices, someone who can mentor our franchisees, deliver top-notch training, and serve as the trusted authority on product application and construction standards. If you’ve worked as an area manager, technical trainer, or installation lead in the siding industry, this is your chance to step into a high-impact, leadership role where your knowledge directly shapes our company’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coach & Train Franchisees: Deliver both in-person and virtual training covering product selection, installation techniques, safety protocols, and jobsite efficiency so franchisees can hit the ground running with confidence.
- Lead the Siding Academy: Design and manage the curriculum, resources, and training tools for our Siding Academy, ensuring every new partner gets best-in-class onboarding and ongoing education.
- Provide Expert Technical Support: Act as the go-to advisor for franchisees dealing with product issues, installation challenges, or compliance matters, offering clear, practical solutions.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Conduct site visits and performance evaluations to review workmanship, provide targeted coaching, and promote continuous improvement throughout the network.

Share Best Practices: Keep up to date with industry developments, code updates, and emerging products, and translate that insight into actionable training and recommendations for our franchisees.
What You Bring
- Extensive hands-on experience in siding installation, technical support, or territory management in the construction or building materials space.
- Deep knowledge of siding products, materials, installation techniques, and jobsite safety standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ablility to teach and lead both experienced contractors and first-time franchisees.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits, in-person trainings, or regional support.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
