About Us
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator (Siding) to support our Project Managers and franchise partners across North America. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, coaching, and building strong operational systems in the construction industry. You’ll act as a go-to resource for operational support, helping our teams elevate their performance, reduce rework, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Provide coaching and guidance on best practices for siding installation (Hardie, vinyl, and more)
- Support safety compliance and training initiatives across project sites
- Mentor crews on leadership, efficiency, and reducing warranty claims
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and advise on solutions
- Oversee job site management and quality control practices
- Assist with crew scheduling and workflow optimization
- Strengthen supplier relationships and assist with material ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with Ideal Siding’s brand standards across all projects
- Provide operational problem-solving for active projects and franchisee needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach both seasoned contractors and first-time franchisees
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
- Experience in siding installation, construction operations, or project management is highly valued
