As our network expands, our head office plays a crucial role in supporting our franchisees across Canada and the U.S.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our corporate team. This is a hands-on role working under the direct supervision of our Finance Director, giving you the opportunity to build your expertise in accounting for a multi-location, franchise-based business.

What You’ll Do

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and analysis for multiple franchise locations
Support the Finance Director with month-end and year-end closing processes
Track budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain accurate records for internal reporting
Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Assist in preparing documents and reconciliations for audits
Contribute to improving accounting workflows and systems as we scale

What We’re Looking For

University degree in Accounting or Finance (or nearing completion)
2–3 years of bookkeeping or junior accounting experience
Currently pursuing, or planning to pursue, an accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)
Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, experience with accounting software
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals
Comfortable working in a growing, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Availability to work full-time (30–40 hours per week)
