Ideal Siding Seattle is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative with a background in construction or home renovation sales for a SEATTLE location.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the home improvement industry and is ready to close high-ticket deals, deliver expert consultations, and manage client relationships from the initial meeting to contract signing.

- Proven Sales Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is Required: You must have a minimum of 1–2 years of successful sales experience specifically in construction, renovation, or a related home improvement industry.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using different software to track leads, generate reports, and manage client interactions.
- Problem-solving ability: Skilled at handling client concerns and questions while delivering quick, practical solutions.

2+ years of proven sales experience in home improvement, renovation, or construction services (e.g., siding, roofing, windows, remodeling, or similar)
- Confidence in presenting in-home consultations and closing deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and organized with CRM tools or project management software
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday
- Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Training Pay: $3,000 during your first month.
- First-Year Earnings: $60,000–$90,000 expected.
