Intro
- Offer technical expertise and proactive risk assessment for exterior renovations that extend beyond typical residential work
- Review work scopes, material specs, and site plans to validate accuracy and practicality
- Support franchisees and project managers with execution planning, sequencing, and problem-solving
- Identify and communicate potential site or construction risks before project kickoff
- Ensure all work complies with codes, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
- Contribute to documentation, planning, and process improvements as we grow our commercial service offerings
- Act as a knowledgeable resource and advisor for teams in multiple regions
- 5–10 years of experience in siding, exterior renovations, or light construction — ideally in a project management or technical advisory role within a mid-to-large construction company
- In-depth knowledge of building envelope systems, exterior cladding, and general construction methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational and analytical abilities
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication style
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support a geographically dispersed workforce
- Comfortable balancing job site awareness with office-based technical support
