Overview
- Act as the primary contact for franchisees regarding operational matters, resolving questions and concerns in a timely manner
Deliver support and training on internal systems, tools, and processes to help franchisees operate more effectively
- Spot opportunities to improve internal workflows and suggest actionable improvements
Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure franchisees and leadership receive timely and effective support
Manage follow-ups and project updates, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring accountability throughout
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, coordination, or a similar role
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related area preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
