Overview

Ideal Siding is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Operations Coordinator to help support the everyday operations of our expanding franchise network. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can streamline communication between departments. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our leadership team and franchise partners to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Support

Act as the primary contact for franchisees regarding operational matters, resolving questions and concerns in a timely manner
Deliver support and training on internal systems, tools, and processes to help franchisees operate more effectively

Operational Efficiency

Spot opportunities to improve internal workflows and suggest actionable improvements
Facilitate coordination across teams to ensure franchisees and leadership receive timely and effective support
Manage follow-ups and project updates, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring accountability throughout

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, coordination, or a similar role
Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related area preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
