- Franchisee Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for franchisees, focusing on our siding products, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for franchisees, providing timely and accurate answers to technical inquiries and troubleshooting installation challenges.
- Best Practices Sharing: Continuously gather and share industry best practices with our team to enhance work quality and efficiency.
- Siding Academy Leadership: Take the lead in developing and implementing curriculum for the Ideal Siding Academy, ensuring it meets the needs of our franchisees and adheres to the highest industry standards.

- Proven experience in siding installation, construction, or a related field, with a strong focus on siding.
- Excellent training and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities and experience managing educational programs or workshops.
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel to various franchise locations as required.
